The purpose of the GSI-Talk mailing list is to open dialogue among practitioners. Our hope is that this mailing list will provide a forum via the internet for the asking and clarifying of questions and the sharing of anything related to the work, e.g., Information on things like fibromyalgia, poetry, computer Imaging,Interesting anecdotes, business practices, work with special populations etc.
Here are some guidelines that will make use of this mailing list easier and more enjoyable:
- Subject Line: Be specific about what you are asking about or commenting on. For instance, if you have a question about Multiple Sclerosis, put "Multiple Sclerosis" in the subject line. This will enable people to decide if they want to read it or not. It will also make our archive easier to use. Ultimately you will be able to go back and look at what everyone has written on a particular subject (called a thread) for reference.
- Sign Your Letter: Most e-mail programs will automatically sign your letter. If yours doesn't or you have doubts please sign your letter.
- Be Civilized: Whatever you write to the list will go out to the 300+ members.
- Please do not add attachments to your e-mail (i.e. photos, documents) as they clutter up the archives.
