This website serves mp3 files and transcripts of original tape recordings from several classes and lectures that Dr. Rolf gave in the mid sixties and early seventies. These files may be downloaded directly to your hard drive either through the links provided or by going to the directory. Each browser deals with downloading differently and you may need to experiment a little in order to successfully do this. Most of these files are LARGE (5-10MB) and will take a little time to download over a dial-up connection. File sizes are listed next to each link.
To Use: Click on any of the links in the Table of Contents in the navigation bar on the left. The link will take you to a page which has links to the associated audiofiles, and transcripts. All 'A' and 'B' series files have complete unedited transcripts. Many thanks to Ms. Deidra Vrooman for her selfless efforts transcribing these two seminal lecture series and to Ms. Eva DelRe for her time in editing the 'B' series.
Tech Notes: These files were digitized as AIFF files from the original reel-to-reel tapes using a Macintosh 8500 or 840AV and Felt Tip Sound Studio. They were compressed using mp3 with iTunes 3 and Lame 3.92 on a Titanium Powerbook G4 running OSX 10.2.4 (Jaguar).
